1 INTRODUCTION the after-modern society is characterized by the great plurality of what concerns options the life form and that it affects all the aspects of our daily e, each time more loaded of uncertainties, becomes more demanding, demanding resources and abilities that take care of today to the challenges of the society also called, from the decade of 1970, of society of the information and the communication. The research approaches the subject the school in the digital age, having as objective to show to the importance of the Technologies of Information and Communication in the education, aiming at to prepare professors and managers for the insertion of the TIC? s (Technology of Information and Communication) as necessary tool in the pedagogical process of the school contemporary. The choice of this subject if gave in virtue of the taking of conscience of the importance to incorporate the TIC? practical s to the pedagogical one, as well as of the necessity involving the managers in this practical, since, the technology is very present in ours day-by-day and computer representing a modern, practical tool, of easy internal or external communication between the educators. Unhappyly still it has many managers whom they reject and they do not accept the computer as a tool necessary in its work, showing the fear not to know to operate the same machine or the distrust of that other people, in the majority the pupils, know to handle better of what they. In such a way, this work comes standing out that the computer by itself does not carry through no task, is necessary operators, therefore it did not come to take the place of nobody, appeared as form to facilitate many services that before depended on a bigger time. Being important and necessary to the reflection on the new Technologies of Information and Communication in the education, the bibliographical estruturao was carried through by means of book readings that approach the TIC? s as support between the pedagogical and administrative dimensions of the school.
