Frequently Asked Questions

I. What kind of jobs do you do?
We do web sites for small businesses and individuals.  We are qualified in working with HTML, Flash, and JavaScript.

II. How much do you charge for your work?
The overall fee varies depending on the complexity of the web design, how much graphics are used, the number of pages, etc.  The standard price is $25/hour of time spent on the project.

III. Do you do updates? And if so, how much would that cost?
Yes.  Update fees will vary depending upon the time needed to update your website.  $25/hour is usually charged with a minimum of $10, not including hosting fees per month.  Hosting fees can range from $10 to $35 a month.

IV. What forms payment are available?
We take cash or check.  Though checks are preferred.

V. What programs do you use for coding your HTML, Flash, and JavaScripts?
There are several programs we use. Such as Dreamweaver MX , Flash MX , and other programs like Adobe Photoshop CS.  Though for HTML and JavaScript, 93% of all coding is typed by hand, to ensure each web page has quality and quick loading ability.

VI. What is your policy for fixing mistakes?
Digital Armor will fix any problem free of charge if the fault is on our part.  If the error is caused by the customer, the standard update fee will be charged.

VII. Could you finish a partially completed job?  Even started by another web company?
Yes. This, however, depends on the quality of the previous web design service and what the customer wants. Some restructuring may be necessary.

VIII. I'm in the Bracey or South Hill area.  Can I schedule a meeting with you in person or by phone to discuss my web design needs?
